Account / Login Details
Create an Account and Open the Panel
Open the account page and follow the prompts to enter a username and password. VPN94 requires no email address; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Choose a username that’s easy to remember but doesn’t reveal sensitive personal information. Use a unique password that you don’t reuse on other sites. Before submitting, check for accidental spaces inserted by your keyboard or input method.
Once you’re done, follow the panel prompts to open your account overview. If you’re taken back to the login page, sign in with the username and password you just saved. Make sure you’re viewing the intended account before choosing a plan. On a public device, don’t save your login details in the browser, and sign out when you’re finished. The account overview and client downloads are in the user panel, which is separate from this guide. Returning to the guide won’t connect your client for you.
Because your account isn’t tied to an email address, keep your login details somewhere safe; email recovery isn’t a default option. If you can’t sign in, first check your username, input method, and password rather than repeatedly creating new accounts. Keeping existing orders and subscriptions under the same account makes their status easier to track. For help, see Account and Subscription Help.
Plans / Order Confirmation
Choose a Plan and Check the Billing Method
After signing in, open the plans section in the panel. First distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages, then compare the data allowance with your needs. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. You can also check the plan pricing page before you decide.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, confirm its name, price, and billing method as shown in the panel, then continue with the order. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported; follow the payment page for the steps. If the page hasn’t updated after payment, check the order status in the orders section, then refresh your account overview. Don’t repeat the payment just because the page still shows the payment screen. Once the order is marked complete, make sure the overview shows the plan and data allowance before moving on to your subscription.
VPN94 offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for details. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; don’t calculate it as a full new billing period. Unlimited devices means you can use the service on multiple devices, not that each device gets a separate data allowance. Check your account’s remaining data before starting downloads or video streaming.
Subscription / Configuration
Get Your Subscription from the Overview
Once your order and plan status are confirmed, return to the account overview in the user panel and find the subscription or import options. A subscription link isn’t a regular web address; it lets your client retrieve routes and configuration. If the panel offers one-click import for your client, first make sure that client is installed on your device, then choose the matching option. If your browser asks to open an app, check its name before allowing the handoff.
If one-click import doesn’t open the app, copy the subscription link instead. Copy the full link from the panel, then open the client’s subscription or configuration manager and choose the option to add by URL. Don’t enter your account password in the subscription URL field, and don’t mistake the panel login page for a subscription link. Check that the copied link includes its beginning and end; messaging apps or manual selection can sometimes truncate it.
Treat your subscription link like account credentials. Don’t post it in public chats, screenshots, or support threads. When reporting an issue, share the client name, operating system, error message, and the step where it occurred, and hide the subscription details. If the panel lets you reset the subscription, read the warning first. After a reset, you may need to import it again on your other devices; updating just one device doesn’t sync them all.
Clients / Setup by Operating System
Install a Client and Import the Configuration
Open the client downloads section in the user panel and choose your device’s operating system. Clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux are available after signing in; you don’t need to have purchased a plan to get one. To connect, check that your account’s service status is active. Your subscription is also available after signing in. For iOS, check the availability shown in the panel. Choose a client that supports the subscription format provided by the panel; don’t select an app just because its icon looks similar.
Windows: Add the Subscription in Configuration Management
Get the VPN94 client for Windows from the panel, follow the installer prompts, and launch it. If you’re asked to choose an architecture, check your device details in Windows Settings, then return to the panel and select the matching version. In the app, open a section such as “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or “Profiles.” Choose the option to add by URL and paste the link copied from the panel. Give it a recognizable name if you like, save it, then update or download the configuration.
When the route list appears, set the newly imported configuration as active. For now, avoid running other proxy apps at the same time, as they may repeatedly overwrite your system proxy settings. If the client has a system proxy toggle, turn it on when you want your browser to use the proxy. For other modes that route additional traffic, read the client’s prompts before granting permission. Importing successfully and being connected are separate states; next, choose a route and verify access.
macOS: Grant Permissions, Then Enable the Configuration
Choose the VPN94 client for macOS in the panel and check that it matches your device’s chip. After installing, open the app. If macOS asks you to confirm the app’s source or grant network permissions, check the app name and the purpose of the prompt before responding in System Settings. Don’t disable system-wide security protections just to complete the installation. If macOS blocks the installation, keep the warning details and follow the relevant instructions in the Help Center.
In the client, open the subscription, configuration, or Profiles section and add the subscription from the panel by URL. Save and update it. If you use one-click import from the panel, your browser will ask to open the app; after allowing it, return to the client and confirm that the configuration was added. Select the configuration and wait for the route list to load before connecting. If macOS asks you to approve a network extension, complete the system prompt and then check the client status. A dismissed permission prompt doesn’t mean you’re connected.
Android: Add the Link and Approve the Connection Request
Get the Android client from the panel and install it by following the system prompts. If Android asks you to allow installation from this source, grant permission only after confirming the download source. Open the client and go to subscription management or the configuration list. Choose to add a new entry and import by URL; in some apps, this option is under an add button or menu. Paste the full subscription link, save it, and update. Check that the route names appear.
Choose a route and connect. Android may show a VPN connection request; confirm it only after checking that it came from the client you just installed. Return to the app to check the connection status, then use a browser to test access. If the connection changes after the screen locks, check the app’s background and battery settings before assuming it’s a route issue. Don’t repeatedly reinstall the app before confirming that the subscription update succeeded.
iOS: Get the Client from the Panel and Add Your Subscription
First check the panel for iOS client availability and the requirements for your account, then follow the options shown there. Don’t use installation files for other operating systems on iOS, and don’t assume the current download option based on an outside article. Once you have a client that supports the subscription format, use the panel’s one-click import option if available. If it doesn’t open the app automatically, go to subscription management or add-configuration in the client, paste the subscription link by URL, and save it.
Update the subscription, choose a route, and connect, allowing the client to add a VPN configuration when iOS prompts you. The system may ask you to authenticate before granting permission; follow the on-screen steps. Then return to the client to check the connection instead of judging the result from Settings. If the route list is empty, check the imported link and account status first. If the list looks normal but the target service won’t load, follow the connection troubleshooting steps below.
Linux users should also get a compatible client from the panel and import the subscription using that client’s subscription options. Protocol names, configuration formats, and route types are beyond the scope of this step. For compatibility details, see the Protocol and Route Technical Reference.
Verification / Test Real-World Access
Choose a Route and Check Whether the Connection Is Working
After importing, update the subscription and confirm the correct configuration is active. Then choose a route suited to the target service’s region from the route list. Available regions and route types depend on what the panel and client show. After connecting, check whether the client still says it’s connecting, whether a permission prompt is pending, and whether the system proxy or selected traffic-routing mode is enabled. Don’t stop checking just because the app icon changed color.
Next, open the site you actually need in your browser and check that its content loads—not just its homepage title. You can use VPN94’s IP lookup to check your current exit IP, but compare results in the same browser and proxy mode. Rule-based modes may route different sites differently, so the IP shown by the lookup page doesn’t prove that every app uses the same route. The target app’s actual results are what matter.
If you can’t access a site, narrow down the cause in order: check that your local network works, then check your account status and subscription update, and finally confirm that the configuration is enabled, a route is selected, and system permissions are granted. If the route list is empty, check the subscription first; there’s no need to start by investigating protocols. If the list is populated but the connection fails, try another route. Change one setting at a time and keep the error message so you can tell what made a difference.
If your browser works but another app doesn’t, check whether the current proxy mode routes traffic from that app. If the issue starts after switching local networks, reconnect first. Don’t keep toggling global settings instead of checking the specific connection status. For in-depth help with traffic routing, DNS, or protocol compatibility, see Choosing a Route for Your Needs. For common errors, visit the Help Center. That completes the setup: you can sign in, update your subscription, choose a route, and verify access to the sites you need.
